Objectives:
- Developing European standard for competency “Green Leadership in Hotel Management”
- Increasing the competences of hotel managers in the field of green leadership
- Encouraging pro-environmental behaviour and attitudes and the adherence of tourism employees to green European policies
- Validation of green leadership for managers by testing the micro-credentials approach
- Building the capacity of VET providers and businesses for green leadership in tourism
- Developing a MOOC with 5 modules to improve competencies in green leadership
